Tasks and requirements BAKTEC 'hostess'  IBA 18-22 may 2025

 During the fair

• In the morning when opening the stand:
  • Get leaflets ready,
  • Stationery and intake forms, business cards ready, etc.
  • Make coffee.
  • Do dishes
  • Vacuuming

• Welcome (potential) clients on the stand
• Explain our devices (mostly in German and English)
• If questions are technical or it concerns a major business opportunity, refer to BAKTEC personnel
• Provision of information material and business cards
• After talking with customer, fill in intake-form and note follow-up.
• Offer and serve drinks and coffee etc.
• Handing out promotional materials (bags, water bottles etc. with leaflets)
• Arrange drinks and sandwiches/meals for staff
• Arrange and refill brochures
• If necessary do dishes.
• End of the day; clean up and storage

Last day (Thursday, 26 October 2023):

• Clean up and pack up kitchen
• Packing up of brochures and other office supplies.

Clothing:

During fair: simple business suit (jacket with knee skirt and blouse)

Easy smart shoes, with heel of about 5 cm (you stand 6 days straight!). e.a.;
